Pontycymer Paint Day Success
The Garw Wombles “Pontycymer Paint Day Challenge” was a great success. The bus stop now looks amazing. Thanks to Rod Shaw (Borough Councillor) for getting the paint and supplies from Bridgend County Borough Council, Chris Elmore (MP), Dawn Davies, Huw Irranca-Davies (AM), Ryan Clatworthy (Community Councillor) and Stella Edwards for the generosity of their time and labour that made this project possible.
Looking good! Probably even better than it did from my bedroom window as a teenager in the paper shop some 40 years ago!
